Mot testers don't have the power to keep a vehicle for being unroadworthy. Only the dvsa or police can confiscate a vehicle

Zs 180 hatch I'd rather keep but money talks :lol: saloon I'd let go, at the moment neither have mot, the saloon is trophy blue on a 51 plate, 100k miles or there abouts can't remember exactly, few dings but starts and drives. Got told the cambelt has been done when I bought it but i don't trust any...
