Re: 620/820 clutch release lever
No, it's been fabricated to fit a 600/800 lever. Your right, if the arm was perfectly strength it would be a perfect fit. It'll not be easy straightend out I don't think. No harm in giving it a go as it'll be better than cutting and welding. Might have to take it to work and use heat.

No, last owner did. But they kept the engine, box etc so didn't get the lever to go with the rest of the bits I have here for the conversion.

Re: 620/820 clutch release lever
It is a thought but bracket would need a lot of modifying to suet my mount on that side of the gearbox. Think it will be Easter to just shorten the MGF arm that I have by about an inch to bring it into line with the slave cylinder I have just now. Think that option would be the least amount of work ...

Re: 620/820 clutch release lever
Spacer\washer under the slave? Drew No can do im afraid. It's on a maestro that has been converted to this style clutch and the slave is sitting as far out as it able to already. There is an engine mound in the way stopping it going further. Worst come to worst I might have to cut up this new arm I...

Release lever fitted tonight as as mitue has said, MGF lever won't do as it steps out too far. Back to original request. Anybody got a lever for 620/820?

Ah, well I've hit the MGF Arm now so I'll see how it fits possibility tonight.Mitus wrote:Might be too late, but I think they're different. MGF one has a longer shaft and the arm is further from the gearbox casing IIRC.

620/820 clutch release lever
I am desperately in need of a clutch release lever from I believe a 620 or 820 for hydronic clutch. It should have a hole in the end of it for a pin to go through for securing slave cylinder to.
Thanks, hope someone can help.

T16 Head/block dowels
Hi. I'm in need of the dowels that locate the head to the block for a T16 as mine are broken. If possible I would prefer steel ones rather than the original nylon ones but if it isn't possible to get them I will take the nylon ones.
Thanks

Re: T16 Rover 25 braking
Roll have to check the turbo for play. Engine is wasted spark so whatever flywheel goes along with that but I'll check myself if it is 2 or 4 gap. Flywheel may also be available as I'm thinking of going for an alloy flywheel on mine. Radiator is possibly sold but you can be 4th in line if the others...
