can one of you mot testers clear some thing up for me about the new mot rules ... if car has a major fault. it cannot be driven away does that mean the tester can in theory confiscate keys and not let you drive off or are the keys handed back to owner ect and if its driven home thats at owners risk ...

i think i have one comming from brown and gammons... i have a 220 tin sump one and it doesnt even fit in the whole on the alloy sump.. the 220 strainer circle strainer part is 3 and a half inch.. the alloy sump whole is 3 inch so the alloy sump strainer must be around 3 inch

cracked it lads because you have to switch the motors to delta wiring inside the wire boxs with some bridging plates.. with 3 phase you have 3 lives but some places have 3 lives and a neutral with this earth becomes neutral for the contactor switches ile put up some pics soon of it all.. he who dare...

right guys landed myself a little unit and brought myself a mtf 3000 2 post car lift.. im trying to either drop a phase or use a 3phase rotary converter to power the 3rd phase as i only have single phase at the unit. when the ramp is connected to the rotary converter which is 240v 3phase it does not...

i cannot find a set that doesnt leak its doing my nut in ive took a break from the bus but need it back on road now it leaks that bad even with silicon sealer on that it covers my gear box using just under 5 liters every week
