Re: AMW manifold t3 T34 turbo and downpipe
I had idle issues, running issues with my low compression build.
It wouldn't stay in closed loop on mems and run rough.
I adjusted the idle speed and co via a diagnostic tool and that sorted it.

Re: Wanted Microcheck SRS harness adapter SMD4072/31
Hi Paul, I have no idea with the MEMS. All I can tell you it needs adapter leads and cards for different systems on the car, I dont have MEMs any more and my car being 1994 MY, Microcheck is ideal for everything else. You might need to find a Testbook, they have all the functions of the microcheck ...

Re: Wanted Microcheck SRS harness adapter SMD4072/31
Hello, Can you tell me what can be done with microcheck? I read it supports mems1.6 and 1.9 only. I have seen one for sale but only comes with the 3 pin plug I.e mems 1.6, which I believe is one live wire and two data lines, have 1.9 which only has one. Would you have any idea on what lead I would n...

Fuel regulator is standard, as is wasted spark ecu.
Vacuum hose is connected.
Cheers.

Just a bit more info.. The lambda wiring is part of a rover 800 wasted spark loom, I didn't touch the sensor wiring as it was part of the loom. I only needed to do the power side. I have checked the wiring is correct to the ecu and done a continuity check on the lambda wiring. I have checked the lam...

What are you measuring with? 10.4:1 is roughly what they run on boost, should be nowhere near that on idle or even cruise. Hasn't it recently passed an MOT? Pro sport wideband kit with a Bosch sensor, passed mot just on 3.4% co (he tested pre 1992 engine) It's fine everywhere else, boost, cruise, i...

Re: Insurance question re. 220 gsi turbo hatch rarity
I went with Adrian flux, got an agreed value up to £3000 on my mg zr turbo.
Paid around £350, fully comp, protected ncd.
I just had to fill in some forms.
I have all the proof I need for everthing I've done from the beginning.
