It would appear, still, that dom isn't man enough to explain his actions or refund my money. I have his address.

Dom - you were on here last night and I know you've seen this thread. I am waiting for my money and my apology. Just be a grown up and sort it out.
I have also requested the money back again from your 'sister', the paypal account I sent the money originally. If it is not returned, you are a thief.

As this has now been ongoing for a month, I assume he has no intention of supplying the goods or returning any money, pi55 poor imo.

Re: dommiboi - feedback thread
Remember when I said months ago to ban him from the for sale section ? And I got jumped on by a number of high members ? Well let this be a lesson
Anyway, Dom knows he has fecked up, admits he was more than a little bit silly and is embarrassed about the situation, hence him "laying low" until he has something to offer in terms of a resolution. i.e I think his first post wanted to be one where he actually actions something, but I gather he is not in a position to do so just yet.
I am told Steve will be getting his fuel reg, but it will be 2 weeks before it gets sent potentially.
MG John will be getting a refund, but again may be 2 weeks.
The time-scale is due to a timing failure on doms part, cash flow if you will, it went out but none came back in, so is selling some items to get money for some postage and a refund.
It may all be bull5hit, but I am inclined to believe he is not a scammer ( tbh if that was his intention I am sure he could have gone more than £70 )
Time will tell.

Re: dommiboi - feedback thread
Maybe he isn't a scammer, but it's a shame he didn't communicate with his buyers directly.

Re: dommiboi - feedback thread
Buying experience so far...
Paid £50 for a sump and cam covers on September 22nd. Sent him a message on October 1st asking why it hasn't turned up and was told he was away and would not be back till 16th. Messaged again on October 31st and he replied saying he had forgot and would get straight on it. Messaged again on Nobember 11th asking again why it wasn't sent yet and haven't had a reply yet he has read the message.
I have since been forced to buy another sump from another member so I can get on with my engine.
Selling experience so far...
He agreed to buy a radiator off me on November 7th saying he would sent me an agreed deposit for me to keep it till he could get the remaining amount that night. Sent a message asking if he still wanted it on November 9th but got no reply (he had read the message). Then sent a message on November 13th telling him I was no longer selling to him.
My advice would be DO NOT BUY OR SELL ANYTHING TO THIS MEMBER!!! I just wish I had looked at this feedback thread before giving him the money for the sump!!
