Hi everyone Is it just me or is 80% off the ppl on here d**ks I only came on the forum to find more stuff out to show my car off. And to buy and sell things but all I've seemed to manage to do is p**s ppl off. If you ask a question I'd expect a answer in return not someone taking the water and I haven't ask a stupid question to get a stupid answer either. Then I get ask ppl for things for sale nd I get replys like this items to expensive for you its out of your budget... really how would you no you don't no me so why you being a d**k for... a really do not understand what all the bitchings about. Apart from this everyone else is top notch willing to help and give genuine advice just wounder if it's just me who gets this treatment or has anyone else had this problem with Mr no it alls. Sorry about the rant but some ppl boil my pi**

My response to gauges was purely for the previous posters benefit. I apologise if i offended.

How ever on the price of things, several of us have responded to "wanted " requests by yourself, to only be hit by a barrage of what is effectively a case of the "cheapskates"

But thats just my honest opinion, of course everyone is entitled to pay a little or as much as they want for this in life.

I think this is the problem with the written word in general, its very easily taken the wrong way/not the way it was intended.

I've never had a problem on RT. However, what you describe is generally known as 'the internet'. EVERY forum, and I do mean EVERY forum is pretty much the same. Text is easy to read out of context as there are no tell tale emotions that you get when speaking to someone face to face.

I've found RT to be very helpful, everyone I've dealt with in regards to buying/selling have been great and I've always found the answers I need here.

And the cheap thing about the alternator was simply the fact I didn't want to pay 80+ for a second hand one I could buy one new for that ha I even had someone pm me asking 140 for a second hand one off a 620 so when ever I'd post anything I wanted I put no silly prices at the end lol
Don't get is wrong I'll pay for anything if i want it/need it but I wouldn't expect to pay rrp on second gdgd goods that was all.

And about telling admin haha I'm not in infant school. A just took things out if context on a very late night after a crappy day at work.
