Alloy wheels stolen

Post by Null_Byte »

Had about 21 (mostly OE rover 200 & 600 and wolfrace octanes) alloys nicked with a load of lead/copper on Wednesday. :x
Probably destined for yards in the Newark area. Amongst them a set of five mint vitty sports for the Ti.

If anybody sees a large number of rover alloys turn up anywhere, or if you have/or know where I can get some replacement vitty sports, I'd be very grateful to know.

Long shot I know. :(

Was about to say the same. They'll be in for a shock when they weigh them in and get offered peanuts

I would call all the scrap yards within a 50 mile radius and make them aware thieving gits

Aluminum, lead and especially copper are still holding good value. It pays to keep an eye on values so you know what to tuck out of sight.

I recently had an engine and steel caged gearbox (with all brand new pumps/starter/alternator, clutch and lightweight flywheel) stolen so feel your pain.

Some people are utter scumbags.
