Perhaps this might be a good idea.....

Write to his bank. You have the sort code and account number. Tell them the guy has defrauded you and you want your money back.
Write a letter, not an email and have it sent recorded delivery. That way you'll know they've received it.

Contact your banks fraud line, after 2-3 weeks providing you have evidence of trying to contact requesting a refund they may refund you.

Vinny i would give up on that ar53hole sending anything to you and just start the process of getting your money back either by involving the law or speaking with your bank and letting them know uv been ROBbed, you can make his life very unpleasent if you want to and i think thats nothing short of what he deserves, hes a class 1 clown and genuine c u next tuesday
