Lost all compression

Started up the t16, ran great then oil seal on oil filter blew spraying oil everywhere.... now got no compression any body had this?. Was supposed to be quick cheap project now turning into a nightmare

I'd check timing first.

Timings still spot on , it literally spins over the speed of the starter, guess the heads coming off... if its damaged it's game over for this project
